Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

PRFM ships all Singapore domestic orders via SPX Express. Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days from dispatch.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Free shipping is available on all orders over SGD 49. Standard shipping rates apply below this threshold and are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are confirmed and processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been collected by SPX Express.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link is sent to your email once your order is dispatched. Track your order directly via the SPX Express website or through the link in your confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@prfmgear.com.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. PRFM is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order. If you need to amend your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock at the time of processing, we will contact you via email within 1 business day. You can choose to wait for restock, swap to an available alternative, or receive a full refund.
