Hygiene Policy

Socks are a hygiene product. Socks that have been worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. Please use our size guide before purchasing to make sure you get the right fit.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • The item remains in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on socks that have been worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging.

Size Exchanges

We understand that finding the right fit matters.

If you ordered the wrong size, we will gladly exchange your item, subject to stock availability, provided the product is unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs associated with size exchanges.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@prfmgear.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective item.
